PRODUCT RANGE

All requirements for engineering plastics can be met by a product range comprising more than 8,000 technical semi-finished and final products in all sizes and qualities.

Very quick delivery is guaranteed by the enormous stock contained in our "European Logistic Centre", a warehouse of over 5,000 square metres (the largest range of technical intermediates in the Benelux). Thanks to the completely automated order processing and tightly controlled transportation, each order can be dispatched immediately and quickly delivered to any destination throughout Europe.

PROCESSING

IPE processes plastic intermediates into high quality wear-resistant end products, to any specification the client wishes. This is done by CNC and conventional milling and turning, and by drilling and tapping. But also chip-free processes such as bending, cold forming thermal recasting, burnishing gluing and wire bonding are IPE's daily work.

PRECISION SAWING

With its ultramodern microprocessor controlled sawing machines capable of sizing up to
4,500 x 2,500 mm. IPE can supply sheets cut-to-size in any required dimensions. Thanks to multi-functional laser technology and specially trained staff we can adjust the cutting formation so finely that loss on sawing is minimised.
